One of our first tasks within Well-being topic was to think about what makes us unhappy and anxious and if we get into this mood, what can we do to feel better. We created a questionnaire for our school mates and we also asked them these questions in person... brainstorming of Czech and Polish students on what makes us fgeel unhappy and anxious working in czech and polish teams thinking and working hard from the first day and this is what we created questionnaire for our schoolmates What would be your answers? Anežka, the psychologist, talked about how can we manage stress and taught us to prepare a virtual rescue box for the moments we feel really bad and unhappy - few steps what you will do when you get into a bad or anxious mood (each will have something different) - some of us will call a friend, some of us will run in the forest, some of us will listen to his favourite music. It is just important to know what works for you! We also practice breathing - this may be your first step when feeling down. A long and proper deep breath can make you feel much better very quickly!!
