On Thursday we went on a city tour to see Warsaw. 

We were at a very beautiful park with fresh air where you  can relax, do some activities or just relax.

  Wellness......  We live fast, it generates stress, makes us feel uncomfortable and unhappy. Time to take care of ourselves, time to remember , to be happy we need happy mind, body and soul. Our project for last classes of promary schools in Poland and in Czech Republic was focused on getting conscious, aware, happy, calm, relaxed and to pass forward our knowledge and skills we had learned during 2 mobilities we were able to share our experiences and learn much more.  There was a great time of friendship, communication, discussions, getting deeper into humans' psychology and practicing mindfulness, yoga, nutrition and much more... Presentation - 4 days in Příbram

 We would like to introduce you very shortly meeting of the students and their teachers in Pribram. 26.-30.3.2023. You can go through the presentation and you see the days within the program. It was very friendly, active and interesting time to be together and know each other. The topic of our meeting was well-being and we started with well-being activities. Enjoy the presentation!        Day 4 The last day of our Czech adventure is over. Although we were greeted by truly wintry weather, thanks to the wonderful team of the hosting partner school Základní škola Školní, Příbram (Czech Republic), we did not feel the cold. In our memory will long remain the wonderful warm atmosphere of the past four days, the phenomenal people who became our friends. The last day was filled with farewells and a trip to Prague. Before we set off on our way back to Poland, we walked along the Charle's Bridge, visited the National Museum, tasted local traditional specialties and went on a little shopping spree. We are already looking forward to the visit of students from the partner Czech school in our school - in May. Once again, we thank you, our friends, for the special time together - see you soon!
